Our Doctors

Natalia

Practice Lead

Natalia is a passionate, caring, and hardworking professional who treats every fur friend as if they were her own. With over 13 years of grooming experience and a background as a veterinary technician, she brings a unique blend of skill and empathy to her work.

Understanding how difficult it can be to leave a beloved pet with a stranger, Natalia is committed to creating a safe, comforting environment where pet owners can feel confident that their animals are in trusted hands. As a devoted fur-mom herself, she knows firsthand the importance of trust and gentle care.

Her experience working with multiple rescues and dogs with difficult pasts has shaped her compassionate approach. Natalia has witnessed how quickly many groomers turn away animals with behavioral challenges, and she made a vow to provide these pets with the gentle, patient care they deserve—ensuring every dog has a positive grooming experience.
Natalia’s love and connection with animals runs deep, and her passion for joining Plaza Animal Hospital’s team is driven by her desire to share that connection with every client and pet she serves.

Jessica

Veterinary Assistant

Jessica is a proud native of Mooresville, NC, where her love for animals began early, growing up surrounded by farm animals and dogs. This early connection sparked a lifelong passion for veterinary care and animal well-being, which she has carried with her throughout her career.

When she’s not busy helping animals thrive, Jessica is a devoted mom to four wonderful children and four beloved fur babies. Family means the world to her, and she cherishes every moment spent outdoors with them—whether it’s playing sports, camping under the stars, or enjoying a variety of other outdoor adventures.

Jessica’s deep compassion, combined with her hands-on experience and dedication, make her an invaluable member of the Plaza Animal Hospital team. She believes that every pet deserves love, attention, and expert care, and she brings that belief into every interaction with clients and their furry family members.

Karrey

Veterinary Assistant

Karrey joined the Plaza Animal Hospital family in October 2019, bringing with her a deep and heartfelt passion for animal care. Her connection to our community runs even deeper—her family has been part of the Plaza family for over 14 years! Over time, Karrey’s gentle and kind nature stood out as she lovingly cared for her own family’s four-legged companions, naturally stepping into a leadership role in tending to their medical needs.

Her calm, soothing presence and genuine love for animals have made her an invaluable member of our team. Karrey has a special gift for connecting with every fur baby she meets, especially those who are nervous or anxious during visits. Her ability to comfort and reassure pets while providing skilled assistance is truly remarkable, and she has blossomed into a fantastic veterinary assistant.

Outside of work, Karrey enjoys spending quality time with her family and her own furry companions—Blue, Laila, Lilly, and Kitty—who hold a special place in her heart.

We’re incredibly proud of Karrey and grateful for the dedication and compassion she brings to our practice every day.
