Experiencing an Emergency?

Emergency & Urgent Care at Plaza Animal Hospital

Serious health problems, injuries, and sudden illnesses require immediate medical attention. At Plaza Animal Hospital, we offer urgent and emergency care during our regular business hours to ensure your pet receives fast, compassionate, high-quality treatment when they need it most.

Call Ahead If You Can

Emergencies can be unpredictable, but calling ahead—when possible—allows our team to prepare for your pet’s arrival. This saves valuable time and ensures your pet receives care more quickly.

After-Hours Emergencies

If your pet experiences a medical emergency outside our normal hours, please contact the nearest 24-hour veterinary emergency hospital. We are happy to provide local referral information if needed.

ASPCA’s veterinary toxicologists will assess the situation based on your pet’s age, weight, medical history, and the toxin involved, and guide you on what to do next.
