Dr. Timothy Jordan
Veterinarian
Dr. Timothy Jordan has been a practicing veterinarian for over 35 years and has worked with both large and small veterinary practices. He also currently owns and has previously owned several veterinary practices, modernizing their care and service to meet the needs of the communities they serve.
Dr. Jordan has a passion for veterinary surgery and has completed advanced training to further his surgical skills and techniques. He has now performed over 3,000 different orthopedic procedures and can offer colleagues and pet owners alike an insight into the possible options and outcomes of many orthopedic and soft tissue problems encountered in a veterinary practice.

Dr. Spencer Ellis
Medical Director
Dr. Ellis has had a passion for helping animals for as long as he can remember. In high school and college, he worked as a veterinary technician, and in 2014 graduated from NC State College of Veterinary Medicine.
Keeping true to his passion for helping animals, Dr. Ellis has served on multiple mission trips to underserved areas of the country. He has also pursued his interest in internal medicine, radiology, soft tissue surgery and orthopedic surgery.
Dr. Ellis lives with his wife Catherine in Statesville. They have two dogs, Calie and Dixie, and a cat, Jasmine. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Christen Ragle
Veterinarian
Dr. Christen Ragle is a dedicated veterinarian with a passion for providing comprehensive, compassionate care to her patients. She graduated from St. George’s University in 2015 and has since developed a strong focus on internal medicine, dermatology, and soft tissue surgery.
As a Certified Veterinary Dental Practitioner, Dr. Ragle brings extensive experience and a genuine passion for veterinary dentistry, working diligently to ensure her patients are happy, healthy, and pain-free. She takes pride in fostering a comfortable environment for both pets and their owners, collaborating closely with clients to create personalized and affordable treatment plans.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Ragle is an avid fan of the Carolina Hurricanes hockey team and never misses a chance to cheer for them. She enjoys traveling and spending her downtime by the lake or at the beach. She shares her home with her two beloved dogs, Betsy, the Newfoundland, and Hattie, the Bernese Mountain Dog.

Dr. Brandy Francis
Veterinarian
Dr. Francis recently relocated to North Carolina, and she is thrilled to join the amazing team at Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital. With four years of experience as a small animal veterinarian, she loves communicating with clients and providing exceptional care for her patients. She is excited to begin forming new relationships with families and their fur-babies!
Born and raised in Ohio, she decided to pursue vet school internationally. In 2016, she traveled to the Caribbean and attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Francis completed her clinical year at The Ohio State University in 2019. After graduating, she began working with dogs and cats at a private practice close to her hometown in Wintersville, Ohio.
Throughout her career, she has developed a love for various areas in veterinary medicine. Having two older dogs, she has an interest in senior/geriatric care. Her other interests include dermatology and cytology, as well as wellness/preventative care. She is dedicated to staying current with the latest advancements as she believes our furry loved ones deserve to live their best, healthy life!
Outside of the clinic, she likes to hang out with her friends, try new restaurants, and travel with her husband. Dr. Francis and her husband love visiting new beaches every year and doing boat tours. She also enjoys doing Zumba and Beat Boxing fitness classes weekly. Her down time consists of cuddling and spending time with her 3 dogs and kitty cat.
